Monosfer — Decentralized Courier Marketplace
1st place at BuilderMare Kayseri Monad Blitz Hackathon. A transparent marketplace built on Monad network with smart contracts, solving high commissions and trust issues in the courier industry.
Problem
High commission rates, unfair scoring systems, and lack of trust in payment processes negatively affect both couriers and customers in the delivery industry. Existing platforms introduce intermediaries that increase costs and reduce transparency.
Approach
A decentralized courier marketplace running on the Monad network:
- Open Bidding: Couriers view orders on their own routes and freely set their own prices
- Intermediary-Free Model: Payments and delivery processes managed directly by smart contracts
- Escrow Mechanism: Payment is held securely in the system until delivery is confirmed by both parties
- Frontend: Modern, fluid user interface with Vue 3 and TypeScript
- Backend: High-performance API layer with Node.js
- Smart Contracts: Developed with Solidity and Foundry, deployed on Monad Testnet
Achievement
1st place at BuilderMare Kayseri Monad Blitz Hackathon. Hosted at Abdullah Gül University (AGÜ), this project built a real-world solution with teammates Ahmet Turan DOĞAN and Yusuf Arslan, receiving top marks from the jury.
